I will be having a Nile cruise this summer and I am pretty much concerned over malaria. Anyway I always thought there is malaria vaccine but I just found out there are not such a thing only some malaria pills to take. So what do you think-where am I supposed to buy these anti malaria pills? Thanks!

Sure there is no malaria vaccine but there are anti malaria pills that you could buy in every descent pharmaceutical store nowdays. It is just that you need to discuss its use with your doc for I think they are about to start to be taken few weeks before you reach Africa and you need to take them as prescribed without missing doses.
