I just got off from Caribbean cruising trip and I just figured out that I actually was overcharged by steward couple of times. The thing is that after the disembarkations I was discussing alcohol prices with one of the cruiser there and I realized that I was overcharged 0,80$ per beer and I drank a lot of beer on this cruising. Anyway I am thinking now of suing the steward if it is possible for it is not about money-though it would be quite amount it is more about principle.
Well you better refer to the cruise line you were cruising with as soon as possible and tell them your story and it would be good if you have kept those recipes for those are kind of a proofs you are being overcharged and also it would be good if you could recognize the steward and face him the facts. Anyway I dont how the process is actually going on this overcharges by steward issues for it is been for years now I am cruising and I never had no such problem. And maybe even some travel insurance also could cover this lost but you need to prove it of course.
