Landing in Bolivian airport Scure La Paz

I am suppose to be landing in Bolivian airport scure La Paz tomorrow night but am actually going further to the south up to Oruro at Lago Poopo-I have some friends there waiting for me. Anyway they were at Arica in Peru and they don't know how am I suppose to reach Oruro after landing in Scure La Paz airport so can you help me on this?

I visited Bolivia many times so far and I never heard of Bolivian Scure airport La Paz. Anyway I usually am landing in El Alto International Airport where from you could easily have a bus or taxi drive up to the city center and than take some bus to Oruro-I don't think there is some train to the Oruro. But yet again maybe the best opt would be to hire a car right at the airport just after landing on it.
