What sonoma valley restaurants would you recommend?

I will be visiting sonoma valley the next summer. I have already made some plans on how to spend my free time and have lots of fun. I am still thinking about the place to stay, but that will certainly not be a problem. I am pretty of a gourmand and I would like to visit some of the local restaurants. What sonoma restaurants would you recommend?

The Depot Hotel restaurant is a great choice. There is an exceptional selection of wines. They also organize group events and banquets. There is also a good restaurant in Sonoma valley; it is called The Girl and The Fig, nice antique bar with cheese & charcuterie dishes, profiteroles, roasted turkey breast, French aperitifs and traditional cocktails.
