Internet access in Sudan

I am suppose to spent few months in Atbara and I am curious if there is any internet access in Sudan for it is not like I could be functioning without internet or sending/receiving mails. I would also like it to be ADSL or something like that for I will be staying in a rented house and wouldn't like some dial up connections for I need my phone line free. Tahnks!

I live in Khartoum for a year now and all this time I have this Cable tv program package that comes along with free internet access anyway I guess the same cable net is also available in Atbara though I have got some friends there and all of them are actually on dial up. Anyway if there is no this cable tv I am sure that TX high speed internet service covers practically each Sudan area.
