I have hear for something called romantic trail in Germany. Since I plan to take my wife to some romantic place to our anniversary, it seems like a really good place to go to. However, before I decide, I would really like to hear something more about it. Thanks for the help in advance.

Romantic trail, or romantic road, is actually a route full of beautiful, typically German scenery and many regional dishes. It is also much more than that. Then, if you are interested in geology, you will find the Nrdlinger Ries fascinating. On the other hand, if history is what interests you, going to Augsburg will be very interesting because of the historical legacy of the Romans. After that comes Pfaffenwinkel, which is considered by UNESCO as a world heritage site. The best comes the last. You will arrive at Schwangau, where many of the King Ludwig's fabulous castles, surrounded by four lakes, make an absolutely unforgettable view.
