| Hello! I will travel to Bangkok for the first time. I wonder if someone can help me over exchanging dollars in Bangkok. Do they exchange all the bills, are there any forgeries, etc.? I am afraid of some frauds, because Ive heard different rumors about exchanging dollars. Thanks to all, people. |

| Hello. Well, some friends of mine went to Bangkok and they have some difficulties with exchanging some old 100 dollars bill. Thai Landers are afraid of forgeries also, hence they need new bills. Some of my friends had troubles in exchanging 20 or 50 dollars bill. But they were persistent in finding exchange office that would accept those bills. So must you. I'm not sure, but their money is called baht. I don't know the current value. My friends can't remember neither. Best wishes and good luck in exchanging dollars. |
