I plan to visit Egypt the following month, and since I know that it is high season for this destination in this period, and since it definitely means a lot of hassle (which is what I am not fond of at all), I would like to know if it is possible to avoid it somehow, and how…

Well, in my opinion, it is not possible to avoid it if you travel there when it is high season. It is pointless to even try doing something like that. You simply have to get used to that (because there is nothing else you can do), and sooner or later, it will stop bothering you, trust me.
