| I decided to spend this summer in Cyprus. First I thought that Larnaca is the best place for me, and then I saw on the net some brosuhers of new hotels in Limassol. Then I decided to go to Limassol instead. Now, I dont know how to get from my hotel in Limassol to Larnacas airport? Is there some tourists bus for this ride or I need to pay it by myself? |

| Well, one way is to rent a car near the airport, and use it on the island, and return it when you got back for plane on the way back. Other way is to hire a car. Hiring a car is by far the best way to get around in Limassol, but it can be expensive if you need ride from Limassol to Larnaca. Maybe you should talk to some taxi driver and agree some price before you start the ride, because if you dont do that, they may ask you to double the standard price! |

When I went to Limassol, we took a taxi from the airport to the so called TAXI SERVICES (or something) which drive from town to town for some small money per person. Since we arrived at 4am, we took a cab to this taxi service and then had to wait for a few hours to be taken to LImassol. ANd it wasn't expensive at all.
If you took a taxi from the airport in Larnaka to Limassol, it would could 4 times the price we paid. However, if you don't wish to wait or switch so many transportation, then I agree with the previous post, you should set one price with a taxi drive before starting off. |
