I was flying yesterday with CO departing from Chicago to Los Angeles and my CO flight delayed quite much and I am still so frustrated and it is not just for the delay. I actually stayed at the Chicago Airport for hours and finally when I reached LA I found out my baggage was lost and the other bag was damaged and some stuff are missing. The thing is that I was going in LA on an appointment and I havent managed to make it on time for my CO flight delayed and I lost much with this flight delay and am so frustrated for this still. So what I could do about all of this?
Well all you can do is to apply some complaints to your air company and bring your air ticket with you. Anyway I guess CO should direct you to its central office for that is the only place where you could make some compensation arrangement or whatever. At least that is how I compensated my lost baggage after my CO flight delayed and though those delays are not that frequent they still happens sometimes.
