What is there to see in San Jose?

Hello! Ive spent all my life on the East coast and now Ive decided that I want to visit the West coast and see what its like. Im also having trouble figuring out which city would be the most entertaining. A lot of people recommended San Jose as the ultimate fun center of California so now Im curious as to what is there to see in San Jose?

Hi, I can guarantee that youll have the time of your life in San Jose. I know the city really well as I have been spending my summer vacations there for a couple of years now. As there is too much to see there Ill try to make a selection of the best places you should check out. First of all Ill recommend some places where you can grab something to eat. If you appreciate Italian cuisine youll definitely enjoy Original Joes its a really popular restaurant and its always full. If you want to get a taste of their specialties you must be prepared to wait for at least half an hour but trust me its worth the wait. There are also all kinds of restaurants with Mexican, Chinese or Thai cuisine.
If you are interested in finding out a little bit more about the historical background of the city, you can always find an exhibition on this subject. There is the Lick Observatory which is also interesting. This is just my choice of the many attractions of San Jose so I hope that youll enjoy your stay.
