I try to lead a healthy life, thus including healthy food, no exaggerating and no junk included. I am a great fan of seafood and I like to try all new kinds I have not tried before. What is Alaskan Salmon like? I have seen the ads about it and I would like to know if anyone had consumed it. What are your impressions? Is it something worth buying and preparing?
I have tried it last year, when I was in Alaska. I cannot say if there is a difference between the frozen ones sold around the state or fresh one I ate, but what I tried really tasted good. I am not even that great fan of fish and seafood but this is something seafood lovers simply have to try. Salmon I ate was marinated in a special brine, smoked using Alder wood (for preventing natural salmons taste). Just great!
