| Hi there! Well I was in Isaan last year and my experience on the roads of Thailand is not so good. As you have probably heard, Isaan is a north-east part of Thailand, the least-visited part of the country and the poorest, so my guess is that your editor doesnt like you much. Im just kidding. Last year while I was traveling to Isaan, three people were killed in a bus crash and many were injured. I advise you not to travel by bus in Thailand. Their drivers are crazy and very often break traffic laws. They always overdo the limited speed. Maybe its better for you to rent a car. In that way you will enjoy in safer drive. The rail system is good, but doesnt cover all the destinations in the country. If you rent a car, then you should be careful also. People often there flesh their lights indicating that they want you to move. They also pass when ever they want. I hope Ive helped you with my experiences and that youll learn on my mistakes. I wish you safe driving on the roads of Thailand. |

| Hello! I was there two years ago. I was also a high-school graduate then and wanted to taste some wild life in Thailand. You can reach Koh Phangan from Bangkok to Suratthani by bus or rail and then to take a ferry. The beaches on Koh Phangan are beautiful and excellent for swimming. Every month, during the Fool Moon there is a Koh Phangan Full Moon Party. Up to 20.000 people visit this event. The music is played by international, but also Thailand's DJ's. They put all the types of music and make a wild atmosphere. We enjoyed in gallons of bear. A part of known brands, you can also try some domestic bears. You can meet some great people from around the globe and everybody is friendly. But, please, don't pollute the beach or the sea. Some people don't respect that and if it continues, the Full Moon Party can be stopped by the authorities. Have a great time on the island. |
