| How to make the most of only one day in Nairobi? Unfortunately I wont be able to stay there longer, because of my business, though I think its a fascinating city. The only thing that worries me a bit is its alleged criminal rate. Tell me a few significant attractions, both cultural and natural that are worth visiting. Thanks in advance. |

| Well, since youre on a business trip, youll probably be in the center of the city and I think theres no need to worry about the safety. Now, Nairobi doesnt stand as a major tourist attraction of Kenya but it has its own vibe that you might find interesting. Its in a way different than any other African capital because of the fact that it has a rich cultural life, the latest technological facilities such as wireless access points, posh restaurants and alike. It has one of the largest game reserves in Africa, Nairobi National Park and if you want to feel the spirit of the wilderness, visiting it is mandatory! I also suggest visits to City Market and the Railway Museum. |
