Is it true that the baggage allowances for British Airways is also one cabin bag for each child? So, if the two adults are traveling with two children they are permitted to carry on board 4 bags as a hand luggage? How many bags are not to be charged if they are considered checked baggage? Can somebody explain me the baggage allowances for British Airways?

Yes, I think you’re right, in the cabin you can carry up to one piece of hand luggage per person, so if you are in four it’s four bags all together. As far as I know the free checked baggage is one bag that weights less than 23 kg per person, unless you are traveling in Business Class-in that case it is 3 bags. You can find all the informations about the baggage allowances –British Airways on their web site, also about the items that you can bring with you in the cabin.
