| Is it possible to cross Sudan border in Ethiopia? I am planning a nice long vacation, and now I am planning a detailed itinerary. Now, I thought about visiting Sudan after having visited Ethiopia. So, I would like to hear your opinion on this, as well as all the hints and recommendations. If you know anything, please let me know. Many thanks in advance |

| Hello there. I do not know, but I think you may want to reconsider your decision to travel to Sudan this year. Ask whoever you want, all the governments are against traveling there, it is considered too dangerous. I do not know the facts about it, it has something to do with that Dafur region. The country itself is very interesting and attractive, so you would no doubt have an interesting experience there. But I have also heard that it is very hard to get Visa, and very expensive as well. If you want to enter the country from Ethiopia, you have to know that it is a very long process, which can last up to two weeks. |
