My girlfriend and I plan to go to Playa La Ropa in Zihuatanejo next month. Weve heard such nice comments about this beach, such as: it is one of the best beaches in Zihuatanejo etc. Wed like to ask any of you who have been there if you think the same and to tell us what kind of daily activities we can expect there.

Playa La Ropa is really a great beach in Zihuatanejo. There is a range of activities you can go for, such as: parasailing, banana boat rides, boogie boarding, deep-sea fishing, sunset cruises. You can also play tennis, golf; go cycling, horseback riding, sailing etc. There are a lot of seafood restaurants along the beach and in downtown Zihuatanejo, approximately 1.5 miles from the major hotels of Playa la Ropa. There is the Artisan Market is on the Play la Ropa, but the prices of sarongs, silver, pottery, and blankets are higher than in the downtown. Its nice to visit the handicraft shops at La Marina. You can find there embroidered cotton clothing and handmade woolen rugs, tablecloths etc.
