When is the best time to visit the pyramids in Egypt?

It is been for years now I am planning on visiting the pyramids in Egypt and I think this year I will manage it but it is just that I would like to hear when is the best time to visit pyramids. And what about malaria if I decide to visit Egypt during the summer period –do I need some vaccination before reaching the destination? Thanks!

I went to visit the pyramids in Egypt during the summer time and to tell you the truth it was so hot and I was feeling so seek all the time for the hot weather. And after I was done with my visit I was told that the best time for visiting Egypt and pyramids is about March and September for it is warm and not that hot and the nights get cold and watch out where you eat- for I got some stomach infection after eating sea fruits in some unknown restaurant and I ended up in the hospital.
