Need transportation from Cusco to Manu Preserve

I am in Lima currently and by the Sunday I will reach Cusco –some colleagues there are about to wait for me and anyway I am supposed to visit Manu Preserve and I actually need some info on transportation from Cusco to Manu preserve. I would prefer it to be some train for I love traveling by train but no matter this I really need some transportation from Cusco to Manu Preserve if there is one just not to be the truck-I got these truck drives enough so far.

You have probably misspelled it for it is about Manu reserve and it is not that far from Cusco just a bit on the southeast. Anyway I traveled this relation by the truck and I had great time all the way to the Manu reserve and as for the train I think you are lucky enough for I have heard there is a train going from Cusco to Manu reserve each morning so I don’t think you will have problem reaching Manu Reserve from Cusco.
