When is the beast time to visit Oregon coast?

I think I will go to Oregon Coast fro this vacation. I have no idea why, I just picked it on the map because I have never been there. I am always looking for the new destinations to explore. What I am curious is to get the info in which time of year I should go there. Whats the best time to take a trip to Oregon Coast?

Well dont expect the great weather there, could be rainy and foggy. If you want to see migration of whales then maybe you should go there in November or June. If you go to south areas of Oregon Coast then you could get better weather conditions for your trip. In general it is of course most popular in summer time, packed with tourists then. But I think if this was destination for my trip I would go in spring.
