What snow activities are there in Southeast Idaho?

Hi everyone. I am looking to travel to Idaho with my boyfriend and spend some relaxing time there. I know that they have various snow activities on offer in the area, and I would love to learn more! Has anyone of you people been there recently and would you be so kind as to tell me a bit more? What snow activities are there in Southeast Idaho?

We recently went to Idaho to learn how to snowboard, and this certainly was great fun! There were a lot of people about doing the same thing, and this must be one of the more popular activities! Skiing and climbing is something we also saw, as well as plain but not boring hiking.
