I will spent about 10 days in Zambia for business and I will arrive first in Lusaka by flight and the same day I have arranged car drive all the way to Kitwe. I am interested actually to hear something about trains in Zambia for the man with the car would hit further to the north and the day after I will have to leave Kitsu for I will be having another appointment in Livingston so I thought-what about trains in Zambia -maybe there is a train from Kitwe to Livingston?

Yes there is, I know there is a daily train leaving Kitwe and reaching Livingston via Lusaka and I think it leaves Kitwe somewhere about 20h and it takes whole night and whole the day to the Livingston. The trip is long but it is not boring for someone who loves watching beautiful landscapes and it stops practically at every station all the way to Livingston.
