| CO for some time makes very good advertising campaign. They advertise amenably prices, good service, good food. But I think that this company is very severe to their personnel. Maybe I am imagining things, I dont know. I think that personnel always take blame, for every little mistake whether is or isnt their fault .All that competition between airlines, makes bad surrounding for the people that work there. What do you think: Is CO good company to work for? |

| You know, that is very good question, but we cant answer it. You are right for all that publicity, and the good part of all their promises is not real in the way they advertise them. Now, I dont know if you are interested in this topic in the way I am, but couple years ago magazine FORTUNE made Continental Airlines The FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to work for. It was on the forty and something place. Explanation was that employees send to this magazine, why they like to work for their company, and why do they think that their company is the best company to work for. CO obviously had employees with good sense for writing, and great love for their company. It is not our place to judge them. |
