| Hello! I need recommendation concerning tram lines in Istanbul. I am going to visit the city for a weekend only, so I won’t have enough time to wander on my own a lot, which I prefer myself. I would appreciate any useful tram line which I can stick to, so I can reach interesting places without going too much off the beaten path. Thank you. |

| Hi! First of all, I believe that it is a pity not to stay longer once you’re already there. But since you ask for a most useful line, here’s the answer. I believe that Zeytinburnu/Kabatas line which is also well known as Besiktas line is the most convenient one for you to use. It connects Topkapi, Kapali Carsi and Blue mosque, among other parts of the city, which is more then a good start in exploring Istanbul. |
