Can you tell us about some not-to-miss spots in Pula, Croatia? We are thinking about choosing Croatia as a summer resort this year. We heard that Pula is very attractive and and one of the best offers in Croatia. It is situated on Istrian peninsula which partly belongs to Croatia and partly to Slovenia, as I heard. Where should we go?

Pula is a very attractive location in Croatia. It is famous for a film festival held every year. I think that it is a summer festival and if you are lucky to be in Pula at the time of the festival, you'll really have great time. This time the festival is going to take place between 19. and 26. July. There will be people from all over the world and the atmosphere will be cool. It is a festival with a very long tradition (over 50 years) and certainly the oldest in Croatia.You can reach Pula by air. Ryanair company operates flights to Pula. If you are wondering what to visit in Pula, I suggest the amphitheatre from the Roman Empire times.
