I am going to Germany, but plan to visit several other countries. I am staying in Munich but I heard that I could take the train to Salzburg via Innsbruck. Can you tell me more about Munich-Innsbruck-Salzburg destination by train? How much does the ride last? Do we have a layover in Inssbruck? I would like to see it. Thanks, guys!
I made a similar route by car and the route is lovely. I suppose that the train ride is equally interesting. You’ll see many beautiful areas, especially Mittenwald between Munich and Innsbruck. You’ll have to inquire about the tour Munich-Innsbruck-Salzburg because I cannot give you much info about it. The info I have are not reliable and you’ll have to find someone to confirm them. I think that the name of the package or the company operating this tour (at least from Munich to Innsbruck) is called Four Seasons. I don’t know if they are somehow connected to the famous hotel chain. The ride to Innsbruck shouldn’t take more than a few hours.
