I am about to set off for Bogotá within 2 weeks and will be staying there for about a month along with few of my friends. The thing is that I have some yellow fewer questions for we have already arranged some travel tour involving visiting some NP there –I love watching monkeys –but again I am terrified with the very fact of getting yellow fever, so do I need a vaccine.
Sure you need a yellow fever vaccine especially regarding the fact that few years ago-more precisely it was 2004 when yellow fever occurred quite suddenly-I was there about that time and even some of Colombians NP were closed for visitors in the months to come and anyway I got immunized afterwards. So it is always better having this yellow fever vaccine and it is usually being given about 10 days before your departure time.
