I am planning to head for Mexico soon, as part of my gap year before I will be starting university. I have a very good idea of which places I want to visit and what I want to do. Most of all, if I get the chance I would love to learn Spanish. Do you know if this is possible and where? Thanks so much for any comments.

Sure you can, in fact there is a growing number of schools in Mexico where you can learn Spanish. Perhaps you could first follow a course of intensive lessons, after which you can join an immersion programme and live in with a Mexican family to perfect your skills. I think that that would be the best way to learn!
