What should not I miss in Mazatlan Mexico?

In a month's time I am heading off on my two month long trip through Mexico. I have most of it planned now and honestly think that I am going to have the time of my life while over there! Mazatlan is one of the cities that I am planning on visiting. Could you tell me what you think I should not miss over there?

There are great all inclusive resorts, wonderful beaches and of course US expats who have been living there for years and years. You can go horseback riding, snorkelling or even golfing over there and eat in the good quality though expensive restaurants as well. The place also has no shortage of shops, so you have enough to do I think!
