immigrating to Canada!

I have been living in SAD whole my life. Now I am seriously thinking of immigrating to Canada! I want to live surrounded with trees not the big fabrics and people who only eat fast food. I am completely sick with this way of life. I have heard some great stories about opportunities in Canada. I need to know something about the immigrating procedure and who can apply for permanent visa?

You sound really unhappy. Maybe you should try with that. Permanent Resident Visa is given to close family of Canadian citizens, business people and skilled worker. You should check with them directly to find out if you are qualified at all for this. On Internet you can find free of charge assessments documents that you can fill and submit to see if you are eligible. Procedures are different in every province. Maybe you can consider working visa too. The right for citizenship you get after three years period with resident visa. The types of documents that you have to submit to Canadian Immigration Visa Office in your country depends on the reason of your application. You should speak to some lawyer or call directly Canadian office to explain you all details.
