How long it takes to reach Australia?

I will be going to Australia to visit some of my friends and I have to say that I have never traveled so far before. How long does it take to reach Australia from Europe? Do you know? I will be going by plane of course and my friends live in Sydney.

It really will be a long flight; it will take you about 22 hours. And this would be from London for example, and I don’t know where you are from in Europe, so it might actually be longer than that. But hey, who cares, you will be able to see Sydney and that is truly something, right?
