What to do for 3 days in Nairobi?

I am always looking for new challenges and new places to go to. As I have never been of the package holiday type, and like adventure and action. I have now decided to head for Africa and also stay in Nairobi for three days. What can I do in that time?

Are you sure? I do ontice that you say you like adventure, but isn't Nairobi a bit hot for the time being? Have you at all heard what went on recently, and is likely to reoccur? Something like 600 people died in clashes during demonstrations... Not really the kind of "adventure" you would like to get involved in!
