Searching the web this are the only hiking tours in Maui that I have found: Molokai Kalaupapa Hike In & Out Tour, Haleakala Crater 8-Mile Walk, Full-Day Waterfalls & Rainforest Kipahulu Hike, Maui Kayak, Snorkel & Waterfalls Hike and many, many others. Could you please recommend just one that is the best (and that someone actually experienced, so I could rely on your opinion)? P.S. I would like to spend whole day hiking.

Make a stop at the Haleakala Crater, they are providing incredible hiking trails. Helekala stretches from Kipahulu coastline up through rainforest all the way until the summit of the volcano. It contains like 27 miles of hiking trail and cover lands of huge contrasts. Just be aware that the weather changes quickly from intense sunlight to showers and rain. Be aware of sickness too (watch out for the symptoms as nausea, dizziness, headaches and shortness of breathing), since Heleakala rises to around 10,000 feet!
