Since every July I take my family somewhere on a family vacation, this time both of my daughters insist on going to Germany. But we are not sure which part of this country to choose, and which city should be our base. Can anyone help us by a suggestion or something, please?

You don’t say how old your daughters are. If they are old enough to be interested in Festivals, many of them take place in July exactly, so maybe you should check the schedule and see if it might give you an idea on where to go.
Or you can always choose the capital and some cities and towns near it.
