Is there anyone who would be kind enough to tell me if there is a train connection from Barcelona to Salamanca?
I will spend a week in Barcelona next month, and I am trying to figure out where and how I can go on day trips. This is also one of my options, so I would really appreciate it.

Yes, you can travel from Barcelona to Salamanca by train, and the ride lasts about 3 hours. I don’t remember how much I paid for my ticket, because it was two years ago, but what you should know is that it is always better to book your ticket a few days in advance, because it is not at all pleasant to stand all the way without having a seat you can sit on.
