I am now in Buenos Aires and am planning on setting off for Perito Moreno –I have some friends there waiting for me and we are also planning on visiting Ushuaia but since it is the end of April I am curious what is it alike traveling in Ushuaia and Perito Moreno at this time of the year. And besides that we are not planning on going to Ushuaia by air we actually have a car so how we are supposed to reach Ushuaia the best way.
Well the warmest period in Patagonia therefore in Ushuaia but also in Perito Moreno is between December and April so at the end of April actually the cold weather begins and I know that sometimes it happens the flight are being cancelled to Ushuaia for the bad weather but still it doesn't mean you should quit the trip. Anyway if you are going by the car you first hit all the way to the south of Argentina and there you have the Magellan Strait to pass and then you enter Tierra del Fuego by ferry but this means you have to enter Chile first so take care to have all documentation needed.
