How to organize Portland and Seattle vacation?

My wife suggested we go on a vacation that will include Portland and Seattle, mostly because there are a few places and people that she wants to see in these cities, and whenever we go there, it turns out that we don’t have time for that. I decided to take her there these days, and spend a week on this trip, but I could really use some help with organizing this so-called vacation.

I am not sure what kind of help with the organization you might need. Honestly. When it comes to your vacation, if these two cities are where you will go, then there is nothing complicated in my opinion. You just have to decide where you will spend nights and how long you will stay in each of the cities. If you could be more specific, I might be able to help you with something else.
