Uncontrol youth on board! There should be special rules!

Last summer I had a cruise with Carnival Spirit and it turned out into a horrible experience for all that uncontrolled youth that were on board. I mean there should be special rules! So I am curious if there is any cruise ship that regulates effectively this youth behaving ion board for I am also planning a cruise this summer. Thanks!

Basically each of those luxury cruise lines involving Carnival have some special rules regarding behaving on board and it is also related to youth but youth is mostly uncontrolled. And you know how it goes with bunch of young people-and are pretty much hard to be controlled. Anyway this worth only for holiday vacation school therefore during the summer is the biggest chances meeting youth on board so you better have some cruising trip while the kids are still not free of school.
