Roads between Mali and Burkina

Hello! I just got in Bamako and will be staying here in Mali for whole week but afterwards I will be hitting toward Burkina so I am curious to hear what are the roads between Mali and Burkina alike and I just had some talks here about renting some car for traveling out of the country and back again. So anyway I've already booked a car and am now curious to hear what the roads between Mali and Burkina are and to suggest me which one is the best.

They are investing there in Burkina much now in connection roads with neighboring countries but I don't think Mali is involved in this yet. Anyway if you are not traveling alone and if you have rented a car in great condition you won't be having any trouble reaching Burkina from Mali for the road is not that much long anyway and it won't take that much reaching your destination in Burkina I hope and besides I bet you will be enjoying the trip for the beautiful sites there to see.
