This year I won’t be able to go to my vacation before December due to business obligations. But, I won’t complain since my business is flourishing. I will have only a week off and I’ve decided to go to Germany. December is not the season peak and I’m wondering whether I need reservations. Is Germany attractive in December or should I go somewhere else?

December is just the perfect time to go to Germany. At least I think so. It’s not so crowded and full of tourists and temperatures are not so low so you can do a lot of sightseeing and walking. You can visit Berlin and of course go to countryside. Schwarzwald is a must and if you go in December you’ll be able to enjoy the astonishing winter colors. There are numerous other attractive places in Germany and I think that it’s interesting there regardless of the season. Generally speaking I don’t think that you need reservations for Germany in December. Maybe you should only book your plane ticket and a hotel room in advance. But that is a standard procedure.
