Hello! I am now staying at Mbengwi in Cameroon but am having some plans of spending next few months with Patua community so I am here pretty much in lack of info on how to get to India and would greatly appreciate if someone tells me what the best way is reaching Patua community from Cameroon. Thanks!

I live in Calcutta for more than a year now and I know that Patua community consisted of nomadic people is mainly concentrated into the village Noya situated in the Midnapore district of India and I know it is not that hard to reach this Patua from Calcuta so I suppose you have some flight from somewhere in Cameroon-it would probably be from Yaounde to Calcutta and if you don’t manage to get the direct flight from Cameroon to Calcutta than I am sure you well easily get to New Delhi and from this point there is no problem getting into Midnapore but I advice you somehow get into Calcutta for from here you may take a bus and reach patua community.
