| Well, by all means, I understand what you mean. I travel to Austin from time to time to visit my in-laws. And every time I get there, I can thing nothing but good Southern steak. And Im not a Southerner. We usually go to Sullivans Steakhouse. It is in 1940s style. Except steaks, you can get big wine list and some excellent bourbon. I usually take for a desert caramel crme brul. Few times we visited Eddies Edgewater Grill. This place is very lively, and I also recommend it. Besides above mentioned, Ive heard about Finn & Porter and Trulucks Seafood, Steak and Crab, but I havent visited those places, so I can tell you any personal impressions. |
