UK style pubs in Launceston?

My friends and I are a bunch of cheerful travelers who like to see new countries, lands and people. We like to go by the motto: veni, vidi, drink! We like to try local drinks but are in favor of classic pub atmosphere. We are going to Tasmania next month and I would like to know if there are any UK style pubs in Launceston.

Yes, you are right. Launceston has many nice places where you can enjoy various activities. There are many places to enjoy beer, wine or other drinks. As for pubs, you can find several UK style pubs with genuine British atmosphere. My favorites are The Cock and Bull and Irish Murphy's. Also, there are pubs on many of the street intersections downtown.
