hello,
I have been thinking of taking a trip to Louisiana this summer with a couple of friends of mine. We would like to go to Baton Rouge and stay there for some 2 weeks, but we really have a low budget and we would like to hear some advice from you. Can you help us on this? Thanks alot in advance! bye

Hello,
I completely understand you. I always take a trip with vary low budget and I know how do you feel, but I get used to it...
I recommend you to find a cheap hotel since hotel is unimportant...You will have enough time to get to know the city better, to see the all the things it has to offer...I recommend you to stay in Hotel Rouge...It is rather cheap and has low prices...
