Ambergris Caye in Belize?

Hi! I am fascinated with Belize and this time I am going to the biggest of all islands in Belize Ambergris Caye. Well, the name of the island is all I know about it. I can guess what kind of island it is it's not difficult. Being a part of Belize means something, doesn't it? Still, being the largest island doesn't necessarily mean 'being the best'. Or does it?

Ambergris Caye is one of many cayes that belong to Belize. It is an island in the Caribbean Sea in my opinion, one of the most beautiful seas in the world. The sea and the beach are a good reason to choose it for your vacation. This island is the cradle of the old Maya tribe, but it was in the distant past. The residents of the island nowadays are mostly occupied with tourism and the problem how to attract as many tourists as possible. In this case, it is not a problem. They don't have to try hard to reach their goal. Is there anything better than enjoying the summer breeze under a coconut palm?
