One of my friends lives in Northern California, and another one in Southern California. They invited me to visit them. I like them both and didnt know whose invitation to accept. I know that youd tell me to visit both of them, but I have only 5 days of vacation left. If I go to both Northern and Southern California, I would get tired instead of having good time. Ive never been to California before and I dont know what to do.

If I were you, I would visit the friend I like more, but since you need some recommendations about the country itself and its northern and southern part, I can give you some information which, I hope, might be helpful. The most important city of Northern California is San Francisco. People enter San Francisco across several bridges, but the most famous one is the Golden Gate Bridge. There is so-called, the crookedest street in the world Lombard Street in San Francisco. This city is also known for cable cars which climb hills. The Southern California with its central cities Los Angeles and San Diego is far more attractive to me. Find out why!
