Where is the cheapest parking at San Francisco?

I will be going to San Francisco next month to visit my sister that lives there for seven years now. I am planning to rent a car there, so that I could do some cruising around the city and its outskirts. Where is the cheapest parking in San Francisco? I dont want to be ripped off just because I dont know a thing about that town. I dont think my sister will help me much, she does not drive.

It would be much easier if you were in some hotel there. Most of them have their own parking spots that go together with rented room. Anyway, as for parking spots around the city, it all depends where you will be planning to drive. You could visit Mission District, with its Precita Eyes Murals, Balmy Alley, Mission Dolores and some other things like theatres and a great number of restaurants. You have two cheap parking places there, one at 21st Street and second on 16th and Hoff St.
