Despite my wifes strong opposition, Ive decided to go for the adventure of my life! Im going on a trekking journey to Sahara! She watched a documentary on the National Geographic about a man who went astray in Sahara and almost died there. Now shes been nagging me about that. Are there guided trek tours? I think that shell calm down a bit when she hears that Im not going alone.
But of course you wouldnt go alone! Why on earth would anybody do that, when there are perfectly planned trekking tours with guides that guide you through safe areas and beautiful sceneries? These tours usually last for about 10 days and you sleep in camps and lodgings along the way. I suppose that I dont have to mention that these are luxurious and offer full comfort. Even if it werent so unsafe you wouldnt know where to go and what to see. Tours are designed in order for tourists to see all varieties of Sahara's landscapes. You are going to walk across dunes and freshen up in oases. So, bring your wife along and solve the problem. Youll both have a great time.
