Hi there, fellows. Ill be heading to the South in a few days. I am a food critic and I need to explore Southern cuisine and hospitality. I want to find out where I can find a good barbieque in the South. It is a famous region by grill and I want to find the centre of barbiequing. Cheers!

Hello, my friend. I must say that find job you have. I envy you. Is it too late for me to become a food critic? Im just kidding, dont take me serious. Well, the people are constantly disputing where the best barbeque in the South is. Some say that it is in North Carolina, some in entire state of Texas, others in Kansas City. Nevertheless, some people say that the heart of Southern barbeque is in Memphis. Southerners adore food and cuisine, especially barbeque. You can consider barbequing as a way of life there. People gather to barbeque and to spend some time together. Barbeque is big part of restaurants menus also. I hope Ive helped you as much as Ive been able to.
