Is there a bus from San Fransisco to Yosemite?

I will be with my family in San Francisco for ten days. Whole trip has been already planned and one of the spots that we would like to see is National Park Yosemite. I think that would be a great experience and fun for kids, but I wonder how to get there. I assume there is some bus from San Francisco to Yosemite, right? Info please!

Of course there is, you have even one day (plus two or three days) tour bus which will pick you up from your hotel and take to Yosemite. This tour includes resting stops, driver-guide that will fill you up with all the needed info about the areas that you are passing through. Just pay attention which tours you will take, considering that prices are varying a bit. After you pick ride, all that you and your family have to do is to enjoy in sightseeing when you get there.
